The Spiritual Warrior
/What does being a warrior entail. Being a Spiritual Warrior is the bravery and inner strength needed to be fully attuned with oneself.
This fortitude comes not from daily hours at the gym but from daily time at your journal and drawings.
A great starting place with journaling can be writing your dreams, chronologically reviewing your life, and recording those returning memories of emotional events. This is walking in strange lands, new realms. And this requires warrior fortitude to peer into these dark and buried realms along with courage, compassion, forgiveness, (especially of oneself) and patience (After journaling for 12 years, I am amazed that new stuff, "Issues", continue to arise.)
These are warrior skills and only come with persistence and practice (also warrior skills).
Yet, the rewards of power are phenomenal.
